What is the best video card for $40?

I gotta an old Amd Sempron pc sitting around here with a crappy video card. I wanna pour some life in to it for some light gaming.



Any recommendations? I'm looking for a good $40 card.|||Assuming that you have a PCI-E slot (and you should, but there is no guarantee), take a look at these cards:

I would lean more towards the HD5450, though.
