Best video card for under $150?

I'm setting up a 3D modeling/Video Composting rig. It has slightly lower requirements than a mid to high end gaming rig (leaning towards mid though). I need the best video card for under $150, but tell me why you think it's a good choice, thanks you very much :)|||Before, the Nvidia GTX 550 Ti was the king of value/performance ratio, however in this event AMD has risen and released an affordable incredible value/performance GPU known as the AMD Radeon HD 6790. Great performance and the price just meets your budget. Maxes out Crysis 2 like a beauty, runs fluid. Used in the value rig in MAXIMUMPC. Recommended highly by Guru3D, and a solid product with great comment by consumers and critics alike. Link below showing off the Radeon HD 6790 Running Crysis 2 on Extreme and DIRECTX11. You have to get this video-card, recommended it to another yahoo questioner. You have to buy it! Enjoy.|||The 460 is definetly a great card for the money, but go for the 1GB version. I have 2 460 786MBs in my machine and they are great. But I wish I had gone for the 1GB version. Better for anti-alaising.

Also consider the HD 6790. See below. I have one of them in my other machine. Great card. Also check out the graphics card hierarchy chart below that.|||Newegg.com has a GTX460 for $159.99. Spend the extra $10 and you won't regret it, I have one and it's a very good card. Newegg has best prices and lowest shipping costs and ships same day as ordered. You don't even need to spend the extra $2.95 for rush order, they ship same day anyway. I live 1000 miles from them and it only takes 3 days to get my parts.|||You'll definitely benefit from nvidia's flagship cuda cores when doing things such as modeling and rendering. It's also a pretty good gaming card as well,
