Best video card for under $150?

I'm setting up a 3D modeling/Video Composting rig. It has slightly lower requirements than a mid to high end gaming rig (leaning towards mid though). I need the best video card for under $150, but tell me why you think it's a good choice, thanks you very much :)|||Before, the Nvidia GTX 550 Ti was the king of value/performance ratio, however in this event AMD has risen and released an affordable incredible value/performance GPU known as the AMD Radeon HD 6790. Great performance and the price just meets your budget. Maxes out Crysis 2 like a beauty, runs fluid. Used in the value rig in MAXIMUMPC. I have 2 460 786MBs in my machine and they are great. But I wish I had gone for the 1GB version. Better for anti-alaising.
