I have an Asus mobo. Phenom ii x4 3.2ghz cpu. 4gb of ram. LG Blu ray drive. 750 Watt Corrsair PSU. I am wanting to spend about 200 dollars. I also want to stick to ATI. People tell me that 5570 should be good enough. Please help I just want to play games at the MAX setting and not spend a fortune.|||200.00 will get you a good gaming card and you have a very good power supply and cpu so you could run any card you want....
If you wanna stick to ATI I would recommend the radeon 5770 as it is a very good card for gaming and you will be able to play all games on high with out trouble...The 5770 also supports dx 11 so when the new dx 11 games hit the market full force you wont need to upgrade to run them...
2 pages of 5770's------http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis…
If you don't need dx11 you could go for the 4870 which is a bit faster with a 256-bit data bus compared to the 5770's 128......

You could also go with the 4890 but its over your budget at 210.00 bux....which is also faster than the 5770 and the 4870.....

just some suggestion because you do have options....Your best bet though is to stick to the 5770 especially if you want dx11.......it is a very good card that will give you good fp/s on any game out today.......and it will run much cooler then the 4870 and the 4890......
Scott|||The Radeon HD 5570 would be adequate if your gaming maxes out at Sims 3 level.
If you're into serious 3D gaming, the Radeon HD 5770 fits your budget and will play every game at decent (30+) frame rates.
