Of the three cards you listed, two are GT 220's which are nvidia's new low level cards. The GT 220 is not a card for serious gaming. The other card, the HD 4850 is the best of the three, and can easily outperform a GT 220. Here's a comparison:

A better choice would be the HD 5750. It will outperform the 4850 and it draws less power.

HD 5750 starts at $124.99 at newegg.

The 250W power supply included with that system will not support a decent graphics card.

To use the GT 220 you will need at least a 350W power supply, it draws 60W.

To use an HD 4850 you'll need at least a 450W power supply, it draws 110W.

To use the HD 5750 you'll need at least a 400W power supply, it draws 86W.
