What are the best graphics card for a pcie x16 slot under $100 for video games?

I'm looking for a graphics card under 100 dollars. It doesn't have to be the BEST graphics, but i would like it to have excellent FPS for video games. What do you suggest?|||That's a tough price point. I'd say a 9800GTX+ or an HD5670 is your best bet.|||The "excellent FPS " and "under $100" are often mutually exclusive terms. For a true gaming card plan on spending closer to $200 for a mid-range video card. At the $100 price point you can do a GeForce GTS 250 or a Radeon 5750 if you look hard enough.
