Graphics Card (with latest drivers): NVIDIA GeForce 7800 Series or better / ATI Radeon 1900 series or better.
These are fairly high minimum requirements. An AGP card to meet these specifications go for around $100 and you need an adequate power supply to run the card.
ATI HD4650 or ATI HD4670 would run the game.
