Best video card for my system upgrade?

id like to upgrade to a new graphic card from my bfg 9600gt oc.but my psu is only 500w and doesnt have the 2 power connectors to run the new gts250 models, any advice on some compatible cards for moderate gaming would be great.|||I'd buy AMD 4870. Your power supply is good enough and you will see the difference in performance. Get a Y power cord splitter or molex-to-pcie adapter if you need.|||According to the GeForce specs for that card (which call for a 500W min power supply), you should be okay to run the GTX260

A better question is whether that power supply has the 2x 6pin power plugs needed for the GTX260

nVidia GeForce GTX 260: $215

ATi Radeon HD 4870: $170

This is why nVidia stopped making the GTX 260. The Radeon HD 4870 has run it out of the market. There are some left but once they're gone, they're gone.
