Best video/graphics card for my PC?

Hi friends,



Currently i have bought a new high end PC games,but the problem is it requires very good graphics card.Can anyone tell me as to which the best video/graphics card for gaming is suitable for my PC.



Below is the detail of my PC



Windows Professional

intel dual core

P4

1GB Ram

Power Supply(Power Pack):400W

Intel chipset family card:64MB

160GB Hard disk



Which the maximum video/graphics card i should use with the above configuration PC ?|||thats not a high end setup.

and pls specify whether you have P4 processor or dual core(both are different)

and pls clarify which windows professional i.e. windows xp or windows vista
