What video card would be best for me?

I have had several video cards over the years and i have come to realize that i don't know what to look for.

i need to be able to support 2 monitors and a multimedia projector.

i would like to play games like UT 3 and Aion Flawlessly

I had a cheep 70$ card which destroyed my 250$ one in playing video but just couldn't hold a candle to in in games. What specs should i look at in order to do both?

Any suggestions, Model numbers, specs, personal experience, or anything else would be appreciated.|||There must have been something wrong for a $70 vid card to play videos better than one at that price..Drive issue perhaps...however, if you're looking for a gaming card that can do it all you can get a Nvidia GTX 560ti for around $230..It supports CUDA which allows you to use your gpu in encoding which makes things like converting videos and transcoding videos much faster, and it's a very strong gaming card and it also supports multiple monitors. I have it myself.|||Well, assuming your computer has a sufficient power supply and can keep up with a high end video card, you'll need to spend a minimum of $150, preferably $200+ for a good one. Get an Nvidia GTX 460 or 560 or better or an ATI Radeon 6850 or better.

CUDA is nifty for some things, but CUDA video encodes suck horribly compared to a good software encode. The quality is significantly worse.|||http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgR7pZlPI…
