I've read good things about the "8800 XT" series. http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce_8800.…|||the best thing thats available right now (you did say the best), is 8800ultra in triple sli configuration (three of them running together on a special 3x 16x pci-e mb). the intel skulltrail mb is due out any minute which will allow 4 cards to run simultaneously.
also, the new 9 series cards are about to land. these will have two 8800gt's on board and are likely to knock the ultra of its position at the top of the perch|||new generation cards coming out soon so if you dont need it right away you should wait for the 9 series.|||8800 ultra
