That's a laptop lol. Laptops and gaming do not mix. Desktops are where it's at. Unless you definitely can't get a desktop. :3
ALSO! The graphics card is most likely Intel HD Graphics, meaning it is integrated--literally--into the chipset. So that is a big setback.
Not to mention the fact that "changing" the graphics card in a laptop is easily comparable to heart surgery... :3
So, sorry, it's not gonna be possible.
Desktops FTW! If you were to convert to an actual gaming computer, a GeForce GTX 460 (NVIDIA) graphics card would do you good.
