Best video card for my computer?

I have a powerspec b655, here is the link to the system specs, http://www.powerspec.com/systems/system_specs.phtml?selection=B655

right now i have a 500whatt powersupply and six gigs of ram. my video card is an ati 5550 1024mb. for anywhere at or less than 200$ what is the best video card i can buy for gaming?|||the best card you can use with your budget and power supply would be Radeon HD 6850.it performs as good as the 1 GB GTX 460 at the cost of 768 MB GTX 460 but power consumption is just at the level of Geforce GTS 450.HD 6850 requires single PCI-E power connector as compared to two PCI-E power connectors for GTX 460.it would be definitely a major upgrade over your current HD 5550.

just make sure your 500 watts of power supply is quality one and provides good ampere ratings on +12V rail.
