I don't want to pay an arm and a leg to get a video card for my computer because the thought of the tiniest electrical shock being able to fry a whole computer is all too real.
I want a card that I can play online games like Dark Age of Camelot with. Nvidia or ATI, doesn't really matter to me.

Thanks all!|||Looking at the system requirements for that game you listed, it doesn't take nearly anything from the graphics card to run the game. You could use a $50 card and it still runs fine. What are some other games you play? Anything system specific and not online?
If you still feel you need a card then the 8600GT or 8600GTS series basically dominates the price range you have selected. I'm assuming you have PCI-E 16x. Newegg has a variety of these cards available. Here's an example:

You are not limited by just these manufacturers, there are many other brand names (XFX, PNY, BFG, etc.) that you can choose if you have a preference, but prices can vary.
Update: Just saw this card- the 8800gs. Great performance for the price for ~$160
